::Food is good, but the service is awful. Every time I have asked for Singapore rice noodles without Pork, it still comes with Pork. Have stopped ordering that dish now. And tonight we waited 1hr 30mins for our delivery. Then the order was incorrect, the response was to offer a discount on the next order and for someone to come and collect the incorrect items and not replace them with the correct item?! Top wok are more interested in customers money more than customer satisfaction.

::really disappointing you have stung customers with double price increase, food increased November, now introduced a service charge, while food good, there are very good alternatives. Rethink required to avoid driving customers elsewhere. Even staff confused by charge

::Iâve just been into top wok christchurch to get my takeaway and a 50p charge was added to the bill. I asked why and was told it was the governments fault as the card payments charge is no longer allowed, they say they now have to now makes a charge of 50p to all their customers. Rather than absorbing the merchant fees for card transactions, they have rebranded the 50p card charge as a 50p service charge and are making lots of extra profit from cash customers like myself. The government did not say you have to rip off all your customers they said you can no longer rip off card payment customers. Due to the fact they are telling customers the âgovernmentâ makes them charge a service charge instead of saying itâs just their own greed I will not be using them again.

::Donât live local so only use this place when Iâm around. Never had a problem before until Friday when I ordered a chicken curry and spesifically asked for âno mushroomsâ due to a food allergy. Apparently the chef managed to translate this to âextra mushroomsâ and as a result I ended up spending most of the night feeling unwell. Manager offered to refund me the cost of the dish... Safe to say I wonât be using them again.
