  Please don't trust their home delivery service. Your parcel will not arrive via their chosen courier Yodel. You will not be able to contact Yodel or Top man customer care to chase it. The staff at Truro store are incompetent and liars. They will not call you back when they say they will. You will be kept on hold with their customer care department for over 30 mins. After nearly 4 weeks of constant phone calls and being fobbed off by staff I had to accept i was never going to receive my parcel, accept defeat and get a refund. Even this was a struggle!!
