  Not an expert on tile shops but things can certainly be better than this! Especially for their prices! I bought tiles which I was told were on their way and would be available in 2 weeks. Booked a builder in 4 weeks only to find out that the tiles were never available in the depot and had to cancel my order. Stupidly enough I made another order and got tiles that were of different sizes in the same batch. This meant it was impossible to align perfectly .... and I couldn't return them as the box was already open! The tiles were advertised as wall and floor tiles but we're clearly too heavy for walls and the builder ended up charging me extra for all the work and material he needed to buy ...

  Not at all impressed. Bought over £200 worth of floor tiles and of 20 tiles 4 were quite badly chipped. No apology, no discount, just told to use them as the ones that get cut and 'it won't be a problem'. I wouldn't expect to buy anything else that was damaged and just be told to suck it up and don't appreciate bring told to do it with tiles either
