::Amazing customer service and help by assistant manager Liam. If you go there he is your man. We went there to buy a lot of tiles for a new property and he was extremely helpful, patient and kind. He made our experience very pleasant. Best member of staff there so go to him! He should be promoted.

::I'd say the customer service in store is really good and I got some good advice. However, when I ordered there was no mention of a home delivery charge and I was promised that I would be called when my order came in. I wasn't called and when I chased up my order they told me I would be charged £30 if I wanted home delivery. I need home delivery as I am unable to lift all of the tiles out of my boot. So, if you go in store then it makes sense to me get the advice and then order what you want online because it's free delivery over £200 and I spent more than £500. Plus you can track your order instead of relying on someone to call you.
