  If you order something online to collect instore, DO NOT pay extra for Next Day Delivery. On three occasions now I have done this and you only get the email saying the item is ready to be collected after 7pm - long after the shop has closed! I don't know if this happens in every Topshop store, or the staff here are just not processing collections on time and doing them after closing time as a final job of the day, but it is an absolute swindle of the Next Day Delivery option when customers are paying extra.
