  6 weeks! That's how long it took to amend two shirts! After one alteration that's was terrible and didn't fit me they told me to get back after two weeks, when I came to collect they apologized saying they didn't even start and I should come back next day. One of the shirts had lines and marks which just ruin a new £60 shirt. I've always used stitches tailoring but for once I thought I will try "toptailor" for better prices perhaps. Poor judgment by me, terrible service by the owner and his colleague. The only good thing in there was a polite and helpful lady but them two guys just kept saying how great job they will do and deliver fast quality service #6 weeks later and one the shirts is for charity and the other in my bin. Sad to run a business in the heart of Birmingham and not being able to provide the most basic, simple service.

  Had my leather jacket altered. Sleeves shortened and the back tapered. Had to wait about 2 weeks but they have a high volume of customers and I see why. The Jacket cost me £75 and i got it back perfect! Definitely going again!

  I've used this city centre tailor regularly over the last few years and will continue to do so. Repair work is to a high standard and reasonably priced. I recently had an issue with a replacement zip and they were happy to resolve the matter with no qualms. Top tailor by name, top tailor by nature.

  Really bad customer service!! Staff didn't know where they had put my clothes and they were looking for them for 30 minutes! Also when i went to pick up my clothes the day they said they'll have them done, they weren't done! Really disappointed!! And the prices are ridiculous, too expensive for what it is! 2 stitches £10? They also tried to charge me £45 for a lining on a pair of shorts that i had bought £15!!!! I won't be going back!!! Definitely don't recommend!!!!!!
