  Not much to say here. The carpark is open air, situated on what seems to be the foundations of an old building. As such, it is uneven and a bit of a nightmare to drive on. The price, however, reflects this, so if you want a carpark which is very near the centre, always has space and is charged at a decent price, this one's for you.

  The name is deceptive, when you arrive at your given destination it is in fact just one car park, as opposed to an amalgamation or 'total' of all car parks.

  It's a car park.. but it's not a great car park. Location wise it's excellent for heading into Manchester city centre for the Arndale centre or Deansgate / Spinningfields if you don't mind a 10 minute walk. However it isn't patrolled and the ground is quite uneven. Worth taking care when driving into and out of the car park as there are lumps and mounds etc. Gets quite puddly after the rain...! I think weekend pricing is around £4.50 all day - weekdays are a little less. You can use the Parkonomy App to pay for your space hourly, daily or monthly which is quite useful (it remembers your vehicle and payment details for future use).

  DO NOT USE!! After looking up on parking in Manchester for a show I was going to watch at Manchester Arena my wife and I decided Total car parks was a 'no brainer' at the advertised £4 parking... on arrival I was informed that the price was £10 as it was 'Arena night' which I had to pay as we were running late. As an after thought I looked and couldn't find 'Arena night' charges on total parking website and as Manchester arena has shows on nearly 7 days a week well it pretty much makes it £10 a night no matter what. Not the £4 advertised. Inspection of the ticket it says in the small print charges can be 'Altered without notice'. Use the NCP near by for added security and £2.50 extra.
