::I damaged my Achilles tendon in Summer 2016 training for a marathon. I was absolutely devastated to have to stop running and I thought it was going to take months to heal. But after just 5 sessions with Total Restore, I can run again, pain free. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and tailored the sessions to my needs and abilities. Through massage, ultrasound and specific exercises, my mobility is 100% and I'm hoping to tackle my marathon again the next time it comes around. I would say, if you have any type of injury that is impeding you, don't put off booking an appointment; you'll get better quicker than you thought you would.
