The location is great for the theatre and reasonable walking distance from picadilly train station. Modern decoration with cumfy sofas in the bar and lobby area. Staff help full and curious.Bar prices the same as most hotels.

Nice spacious rooms. Very clean. Helpful staff and relatively quiet to say it's in the city centre. I would and will be staying again!

Great hotel. Less than £100 for a night and right in the centre of Manchester. Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was great and staff were amazing. I'd definitely stay again

Lovely front of house. I was downstairs in the conference centre. During our event, they came by and refilled the water. But apparently there was a problem with the ladies toilets - of the three toilets, 2 had doors that didn't lock, and the third overflowed! Apparently they had known about it for about a week. If you plan to use the conference centre, double check that your colleagues will have toilets to use.

If you want a quiet night.. This probably isn't gonna fit the bill. My room was on the first floor, 115. The hotel itself was lovely, the rooms were of a good standard and size, bed and pillows were nice and comfy, bathroom was modern and clean with toiletries from The White Company. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was freezing though and backed onto a busy street near canal street and I was awake most of the night. I cannot stress how loud it was, I might as well of just plonked the bed in the middle of a bar. Also the car park that you get 30% off was full all evening. So make sure you pre book a space, because driving around Manchester trying to find a car park was an inconvenience I didn't need.. So if you do book there, make sure you request a room that isn't on the first floor because it's a nice, central hotel.. Or if you can't beat um, join um..!
