  The shop was recommended to me by a friend. My personal experience was that I found the member of staff who helped me very friendly, took plenty of time to answer my questions, let me test ride a few bikes, try out a bike with a different seat for comfort. I have no complaints regarding service. I need to navigate the bureaucracy of the bike to work scheme before I can pick up the bike though, so can't comment on that aspect.

  Had to take my bike in for repairs here twice in a row, but every time I do, I get it back with a different set of problems. Pretty disappointed. Won't be taking my bike back again for a third time. Otherwise, location is alright for town and staff were always helpful/friendly when I was there.

  I found the staff friendly and the service to be excellent value for money. And they gave me a loan bike while mine was being repaired. Very happy!
