::Generally okay, but with a few issues: - There was mould in my room. A lot of mould. The windowsills were covered with thick, dark mould which had clearly been regularly scrubbed but which was growing quickly enough that it was still visible everywhere. See photos - The shower extractor did not work, which was likely the cause of the mould issue. I had to have the window open for hours for the room to stop feeling like a steam room after my shower - The sink was blocked and hardly drained at all - There was no handwash or soap - The light switch beside the bed inexplicably did not operate the nice warm behind-the-bed light, but a random ceiling light across the room. The bedside reading lights were a glaring bluish-white, totally not what you want - The cutlery at breakfast was filthy. Some had spotted marks, some had just clearly been used and at best rinsed, with tongue marks on the spoons etc - Standard cheap breakfast fare - wet, rubbery scrambled eggs and soggy bacon. Selection could have been worse Outside of these issues, it was generally fairly clean and functional, my bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the location was good for me. Edit: when I gave this feedback to reception (they have signs everywhere asking for feedback), I was told that 'all the rooms were like that (mouldy)'!

::Good enough for a quick overnight stay. Reception is on first floor reached by a lift from an open sort of shelter on ground floor. This unfortunately smelt like a mixture of urine and disinfectant! We had a pizza from the bar, which was good. Sadly though, not a drop of draft beer in sight. Nearest was a can of Guinness whizzed up on a vibrating plate!. Car park was a little creepy, under the hotel but at ground level. Would probably not stay here if in the area again.

::The staff were great and so helpful and friendly. The room was big and the king size bed was comfy but the two single beds for our children were like laying on bricks..the staff did give us duvets to make them more comfy which helped. Overall it was a very pleasant two nights stay.

::Can't book at the reception you have to pre book online or by phone. The entrance to the building is not staffed and honestly smells. The room was...adequate is probably the most generous adjective. Some stains on the floor. The "family room" was a double bed with two small and uncomfortable single beds (more like fold down cots) overall not really impressed for £50. But could be worse.

::Ok hotel for price & location. Window was broke so had to improvise by popping a toilet roll between the latch & sill! It was basic & tidy & easy enough to come & go as you please. Rooms & floors were very secure so was comfortable staying. No real customer service though, did feel a bit of a pain when i had to check in however there was a lovely girl.who was the cleaner who was so friendly polite n chatty in the lift, this made up for it. Would stay there again for the price I paid, if your happy with basic room with no trimmings but clean & comfortable then id certainly recommend
