  Wanted to give a review for Trespass in Solihull as my elderly mum couldn't have been treated any better by an extremely kind and very knowledgeable member of staff, Rosie, who went far beyond what you'd expect when buying a coat.

  All items I brought here for camping were very good condition, although the boots I bought started to break immediately, I took them back and the staff were more than helpful to get a replacement pair which haven't failed me yet. The staff are very friendly, and the manager Rosie is ever so kind, I often return just for a friendly chat when I'm around.

  Bought items in this shop very poor quality manager does not seem to know much about outdoor wear very disappointed in this shop. Trespass is owned by AFZAL and Akmal Khushi
