  Staff are always very friendly. Two drawbacks are that there is no cash machine inside so you have to withdraw outside the building (less safe and also less comfortable) and there is no cash deposit machine like in other locations.

  The staff dealing over the counter is completely incompetent at this branch.They kept telling me wrong information regarding documents needed for opening a product,each time new employee was telling me different information,which was wrong.What is more,I had a letter from a bank with my address on it,I showed it to them as a proof of address,what they did is just destroyed it,although it was the only proof of my new address ,needed for my new job.When I asked for a bank statement,they just put my old address on it.The question is whether they are stupid or do it on purpose ,or both.
