  worst branch of tsb i hv ever been, people standing waiting and stuff are like head less chicken,especially (David) i think that’s his name never see him working, absolutely clueless.

  They have a little wooden toy for small kids and offered my 2 year old colouring pens and paper whilst I was waiting for an appointment. On my other visit, one of the staff member offered us a baloon. That was the only branch who gave me some personal advice about my account so that was beyond simply processing some information for me that I asked them to do. Their staff seem to be more personal than the previous TSB branches in Edinburgh town that I've been to over my 6 year relationship with TSB. So that is much appreciated. My only wish is that this branch was opened on Saturday, however, that seems a TSB policy across all branches.
