  I never write reviews or complain about anything but this is too much: One of my friends recommended me TSB bank. Nowadays, we all get our statements online and not throw the post. As a prove of address, I gave them the original Statements from my original bank ( Also stamped by the original bank ) and they didn't accept them.All they did was messing me around saying me to go back to my bank ( which is in town and far away from my work and home, all the time.)They didn't even accept a work payslip signed by my own manager! Probably cause I'm foreign but who knows.. I tried in another bank after, and they solved the problem in 1 minute!!!! That without even mentioning how nice the staff in this bank is. Absolutely a crap service, not going there again, so glad they didn't accept the documents.
