  I had booked a holiday to Turkey but due to the current unrest flight times were changed 3 times. Tracy the manager pulled out all the stops to keep me fully informed along with arranging refunds to help off set the inconvenience due to being switched to night flights. This was a true example of the customer is important and a reflection of the high quality of service delivered by the team in Hereford.
