  Well stocked with a variety of oriental ingredients and brands you won't find elsewhere.

  I think it may have changed ownership! I got there and I was greater by a eastern European women who really couldn't have cared less. Radio station was european too, so as Youcan imahine, really welcoming(!) Most of the store seems to be polish now. There was a little pile of bread on the delice France rack which with the stale manners of the counter staff led me straight back out of the door. If it's not in a packet, I wouldn't trust it.

  A jewel in the Lewes Road. This shop is both well stocked and staffed by really nice people. They have a great range of cold, dry, boxed, tined and fresh food. My favourite things here are the wonderful bread, wide selection of herbs and spices, the array of tofu, Turkish products and the selection of olives.
