  I purchased roses online for my fiancée for valentines. They we're delivered in good time and we're of very high quality which pleased my other half. Great service! Highly recommend this company.

  Superb Valentine's Day roses far better than was expected, I live in Derbyshire and my partner is in Peterborough, I decided to use a local firm and was not dissapointed there was even a I Love You balloon.. in the past I have used E-Florist or Interflora but Twiggs & Bows offered far greater value for money....and a fantastic service many thanks..

  I visited the Twiggs & Bows Florist and clearly gave Bonnie the manager, in person in the shop, a very simple order for my wedding. Despite Bonnie writing down my order on a order form and me again clarifying the order the day before the wedding, Bonnie gave us the wrong flower girl wand upsetting my little girl on the day. She also gave us a dirty vase that had a dead moth in it. Thankfully the Hotel where we had our reception, were able to provide us with a beautiful vase and we used this instead to place my bouquet. After the wedding I came into the shop expecting Bonnie to be quite apologetic, however for her many years, she is completely incompetent at dealing with customers. She actually accused me of lying and stated that the vase she gave us was not dirty. And gave a disingenuous apology about messing up the order for the flower girl and even tried to quibble about refunding the price of the flower girl wand. Overall Bonnie has such a poor attitude, lacks basic communication skills and is quite negligent. Bonnie should not be dealing with customers or special occasions as she is very likely to not give you what you have ordered and then not even have the decency to be sincere in trying to resolve the matter. Avoid this place unless you want to be disappointed.
