  ABSOLUTE F*#@ING COWBOYS!!!!!!!, took my mazda 3 in for a simple job of the tracking at around 10am on 17/1/2018 the day after the car had its mot. Drove the car later that night on the motorway to be faced with a strong vibration then a horrid noise with my steering pulling every way but straight to the point where I had to pull over on the hard shoulder. Struggling to see in the dark I used my phone to look under the car, to my absolute shock I found the "fitters" mole grip pliers still attatched to my track rod adjustment nut. (I have pictures and receipt of work) They'd left the grips on it loosening my steering dangerously. I should've known better when kwikfit mount Vernon were cheaper that day than any other garage. I will be registering an official complaint, use these idiots at your own risk.

  I've now been told the new exhaust pipe fitted on my car by this garage is not even fit for purpose. My current garage has told me "Someone's [Kwik Fit] put a cheap exhaust that's come loose and it's ill-fitting".

  The guys at quick fit are brilliant, professional and really approachable! My first point of contact be it issue with oil or topping up the tyres of air for free , just on the whole a good bunch of guys that work as a great team! Fast reliable service! Issue with breaks failing and seen almost immediately if not at a time suitable to myself! Scott is a polite dude that doesn't mind showing us female drivers how to correctly look for or identify things in the car without feeling like a pure bimbo! Great service and always with a smile and keen to help ! 10/10
