  A lovely pub very much geared for families. The food is very much pub grub with classics and the odd variant. The children's menu is good and the staff will attempt to seat you where you wish to be with your children. Reasonably priced with pleasant food. If you subscribe to their emails they send through offers which are well worth taking advantage of.

  Lovely welcoming pub with a nice atmosphere. The food is always tasty and good value. It's just a shame that the tables in the conservatory at the front of the pub overlooking the river are always reserved but would recommend eating here. There's also an outdoor park area for the children and a watering hole for your four legged friend's.

  Food was appalling! No care taken in prep. Served like warm. Beer excellent, staff polite and effective. Surroundings spacious and comfortable. But let down by poor quality food.

  Food was excellent, service quick and efficient, very nice establishment. Will be back. Only gave 4 stars because on returning to my car some toerag had left there takeaway rubbish on the bonnet of my car.

  Love the unicorn, its a big pub, great food and family friendly plus dogs I also saw this time. On river bank so lovely in summer for a stroll before lunch. Friendly staff. Only let down they serve Pepsi not Coke. .. Oh well tonic it is then ....
