  Fantastic service - I needed to replace all the carpets in my house so I went into the shop to have a look around. Now I'm known for being indecisive but luckily Nathan was there to help and advise me - he was very professional and recommended some lovely carpets (which I am extremely pleased with). On all occasions the fitters turned up on time and did a fantastic job! I found the prices very reasonable for the quality of the carpet. I would highly recommend a decent underlay, it makes a huge difference as I have found out. I will definitely use them again. Thanks

  Don't touch their shop even with a ten-foot long pole. Deserves 0 stars because of behavior. Once upon a time, I walked in to their store located at Wales, United Kingdom. I got a very good impression of the shop and I liked the look of the carpets! Until the time when... one of their staff started to openly mock the way I spoke, right to my face. Like, he was going "neh neh weh bla bla bla" and I believe I remember a man was grinning a couple of yards away behind him. I didn't do anything to deserve that behavior. It was rude, immature, UNPROFESSIONAL and uncalled for. I spoke very politely and used proper English. He actually mocked the way I was speaking, by making faces at me (and those sounds like I mentioned). There also is nothing wrong with my speech. Is that some way to speak to/treat a customer? I never did anything to deserve that attitude. I also noticed they are quite money-hungry. They are doing their job simply for the money. It seems they will not care about your satisfaction. Because from the reviews I am reading about them, I can see a very grim picture being painted about them. There is no solution to this problem. An apology from them would be very much appreciated because this behavior of theirs did add to my depression. You can't insult somebody like that in public.

  Over the last few years I've bought carpets and flooring from United Carpets many times for my rented property. The service is always great and the price better than I'd get elsewhere. With the fitting service I've always found them to do a good job and the one time I did have an issue with 2 floor bars they came back within 2 days to get it fixed. Would recommend them.

  I had an earlier quote from another company, went to United Carpets and theirs was almost 50% cheaper! Went with them, living room and bedroom....100% satisfied. The showroom lady was superb, the measuring man was fantastic and the two carpet layers were absolute professionals, nothing too much trouble, did the two rooms, working round cupboards and beds like lightning. Their skill was something to behold, the fitting was faultless and two very nice guys......extremely impressive. I would unhesitatingly recommend the company, brilliant service from entering the showroom to the finished product. Andy Thompson

  The service started in the store, the advice I received was excellent, arranged a call out, again excellent service. Ordered the carpets, for the hallway, living room and bedroom, arranged a fit date. Day of fitting, the fitters rang me and gave me an approx time of arriving, which they arrived at that time. The two filters were excellent, very good at fitting the carpets as expected, two really good guys, worth their weight in gold. My brother recommended them, now I'm recommending them, first class service throughout. Thank you so much the team from United Carpets.
