  Fantastic service, given lots of good advice about how to better maintain my bike in the future and my bike was seen to within a few hours at very short notice. Really impressed!! Thanks so much, will definitely be coming back!

  So I contacted these guys last week asking if they do cycle to work and to recommend me a a mountain bike. They kept me well informed, recommended a very decent bike in light of my budget and informed on good mountain biking locations. Have been using these guys since they first opened years back. Have always been friendly, helpful and fairly priced considering the location is right on campus. The owner recommended me the Saracen in the photo, informed on the best helmets, and sorted everything out for me, including building the bike free of charge within 2 days of receiving my cycle to work certificate. They even give your a free water bottle from time to time! Appreciate it guys, love the bike and wish you all the best.

  UrbanCycles did a great job replacing some old and faulty parts on my bike. It looks and rides like a new bike. Great value, helpful advice on repairs.

  I honestly can't thank Andi enough. Having had three punctures in 3 days I clearly needed a new tyre. Andi quickly fitted them, and checked my bike to ensure that it was ready for a long distance ride. He also gave me lots of advice on maintaining the bike. A complete lifesaver. Only one day of the ride left to go and all's going well. I can't recommend highly enough.Thank you so much.
