  After 6 months regular treatment for a severe elbow injury after cycling accident, I am finally back to normal. Urban Physio and Anj have been fundamental in getting me back to my best. Treatment was focused and informative and bookings and appointment were efficient and accommodating.

  I went to see Urban Physio, following a nasty cycling accident. All I can say is Anj was amazing. Apart from the sessions, she set me exercises, which I was told to follow if I want to make a quick recovery. All in all it worked a treat. Im now back on my bike, enjoy the summer sun.
