::Poor customer service by girl working behind post office counter very confrontational and unhelpful. I will find another post office to use in future.

::Used to be a great PO but now on a few occassions I have been overcharged when sending parcels and the correct prices have been confirmed to me by RM. Also the new member of staff has poor customer service skills and for a want of a better word, comes across as gormless. Just be aware of the correct prices when sending mail especially parcels
