  Fabulous friendly staff to both humans and animals alike. Great veterinary service, after care and support at the end of a phone. Can't fault them!

  Reception staff are all lovely and the medical staff appear genuinely concerned regards the welfare of your pet AND you, a sick pet can be quite emotional time for the owners. Free parking to rear gets busy however double parking is permitted just let reception aware you have done this so car can be moved if need be. Coffee vouchers for bar diner next door are issued so you can wait for your pets treatment to be completed. Please make sure your pet insurance is up to date and does not have 'treatment caps'

  Thank you so much for looking after Snowy in his last few hours of his life. I brought him to you late at night as I couldn't watch him struggle to breathe with his heart failure. You immediately took him from me and put him on oxygen, gave him an ultrasound and started a frusemide infusion. You called me after a couple of hours to say that sadly he wasn't responding to treatment so we came back in. The vet explained everything to us and we decided it was best to end his suffering. You gave us time alone with Snowy and showed great empathy towards us. I was so glad you were there in the middle of the night for us. Thank you. We miss him so much but we know you did everything you could for us and he didn't suffer at the end.

  Can't thank these guys enough. Loss of a beloved pet through the night, guys called so daughter could go in beforehand. Empathy they have is spot on. Gave daughter little keepsake & pkt of forget me not seeds, personally I think that was ever so kind. Well done guys 👌 rip lucy 💔💝
