  Very very poor service receptionist very rude and went to 2 appointments and still didn’t have medication for my animal made me wait stupid length of time for me to ask how much longer my appointment was 25 mins ago we are waiting for the medication

  Excellent vets and service. Taken various pets there and had some very complex surgery there at one time and all good.

  Best bets in Town seem to care more about animals than money. Great friendly staff and lovely vets. Both our dogs been many times but have also seen them take very sick animals in from RSPCA true animal lovers.

  One particular staff was moody and awful to be greeted with. For my first visit she put me off. The other older woman was lovely she paid attention to my kitten and we spoke about cat habits. If it wasn't for the cheaper price I would go somewhere else to avoid moody staff like Sarah or whatever her name was. I think customer service is very important.

  I just moved in to Peterborough and was recommended to Vet4pet. My impression after the first visit with my dog is that they are second to none and apply with them!
