  Couldn't recommend Sophie enough, my elderly dog was seen by her, she was very helpful and caring not only to her but to myself, unfortunately 3m later we had to put my girl to sleep, Sophie was lovely, explained everything, my son stayed with her and she made an awful time alot more comforting. Thankyou

  The staff were friendly and helpful and couldn't have been sweeter with my kitten. They offered practical advice and information and were surprisingly not pushing their own brands, goods or services. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to pet owners.
