::I recently moved to the SellyOak branch because is closer to me but only because I know I can see the same vets I always saw in the Quinton branch. I can’t thank this team enough for everything they helped when my 16 year old dog got poorly last year. Highly recommended.

::Rubish, I took my cat there because her one leg seemed stiff probably sleeping in the cold. She used to have leg problem 3 years ago in winter time. Vet lady took her inside to do her blood tests and when she returned she told me that she has given my cat antibiotic injection. I was shocked why the hell did she do that for, I didn't say anything and when I saw my cat she looked dead scared. I asked the receptionist that why my cats so quiet? She was not like this when we arrived? She said sometimes they do it when in vets office. But I've taken my cat to another vet so many times for annul check ups she is never like this. When I reached home I noticed that cat is licking the place where the blood was taken from her neck. When I saw it I was horrified to find that she had lots of bruises their which looked blood red. Previously at another vet her blood tests were done but no bruises . My cat kept licking the sight she was obviously feeling pain or discomfort there. Which she didn't feel the first time. Than after 6 weeks she developed a lump on her shoulder. Not on the leg which was slightly stiff some times but on the other leg. I searched the net and found out that after any vaccine or injection cancerous lump can develop. I took her to another vet which took fine needle aspiration and told that it was sarcoma cancer. I feel antibiotic injection did this to her. I'm not 100 percent sure but I have doubt. It's often called injection site sarcoma and is related to injections. Maybe my cats vaccines did it or that antibiotic injection did it. But I feel this vet should have asked me before giving my baby antibiotic injection. I've heard so many horror stories about antibiotics side effects. I don't know how in a cruel way they took her blood to give her so many bruises. My baby looked so scared. My girl died after few months and she was my only family my support and my friend. I'm still in pain and depression

::Superb vets. I have been taking Blossom for several years now but this week she had an routine operation. The staff were fantastic as usual. Everything was explained thoroughly before and after the surgery and I did not feel rush when asking extra questions. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes so their appointment system is accurate. The receptionists are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the service and cost. This vets put both pet and owner as their top priorty. Would highly recommend.

::When our cat was poorly and our original vets couldn't/wouldn't fit us in for an emergency appointment, Vets4Pets did. They saw us as soon as was possible. They were very helpful and supportive in a very difficult time. We have now moved all our pets to they're surgery and continue to be very happy with the team.
