  really great place! very nice staff who make you feel right at home, very nice modern facilites - not your usual gym, much more personal and relaxed, and I've lost a good amount of weight already and feel great! Def need to try it here :)

  A really fantastic health club can't be faulted - The staff are absolutely superb, the short 25 mins sessions are great fun and on top of that I've got the best results I've ever had. I've been going to the sands for the past few months but dont like how busy it can get and it gets really boring quickly, at Vibralife there are only 7 people in a class at its busiest and there's always a personal trainer close by to help out which is great.

  Fantastic service with a very different approach. If you want to get in shape this is the best place in Carlisle by a long way.
