  One of the better hotels close to the airport. Great leisure facilities and choice of restaurants. Rooms well presented, club rooms are larger and have Sky TV, worth the extra few pounds in my opinion. Breakfast has a good variety of options and staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

  Spot on. Only stayed for one night but really nice place. Not much food on the menu but a nice variety. Pool is nice, not too small but enough to have space. Service was sound.

  I always heard wonderful things about Village Hotels which is the reason i booked a stay here. However I had the most awful stay I've ever had in a hotel. In arrival the grounds & views were amazing, but that's where the beauty ends. On arrival the greeting was Lovely, however when walking past in a corridor behind the stench that was coming from the lower ground where the gym was, was appalling. The colour & decor didn't help as it was dark & dingy & not welcoming at all. We get to our room to find it was dark which made the room look small & what didn't help was the poor lighting. We found there was no shampoo/conditioner or hand wash which I was annoyed about as this is shown to be complimentary & was certainly not there on arrival, which I would add should be one of the room checks done before hand. However saying that when mentioned to reception it was put in the room. The sleep I had there was awful & a nightmare. The mattress was hard & the pillows were a soft which left my neck hurting all night & the next day. The breakfast in the morning was their only saviour as it was very nice along with the staff. To sum it up I would never stay here again as I've had better stays at places like Travelodge & Holiday Inn at a quarter of the cost I spent here. I was going to complain, but was told they don't take into account to people who do as they feel their hotel has made a name for themselves, therefore no one would pay attention to what I have to say!

  The hotel is well maintained and the staff are welcoming and more than happy to help. The pool is a good size and I enjoy the steam room and sauna, the fitness centre seems to have everything you need. The bar has plenty of choice in both drinks and food, but both are a bit pricey, £5 a pint. However if you like sports there are plenty of TV. Could not try the restaurant for dinner due to Christmas Parties but the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. We had a Club room, which was cold when we first arrived due to the window being left open. On the plus side the room was large, with a TV and full Sky service, coffee machine and excellent shower. Also these rooms give you free entry to the pool. Would I recommend this hotel. Yes.

  pracuję w tym hotelu, podłogi, wc, wszystko, myjemy ręcznikami i poszewkami na jaśki, które po "praniu" dostają klienci. W hotelu panuje kompletny syf, z czego nie zdaję sobie sprawy goście. Biegają na bosaka po dywanach, a tam można złapać tylko grzyba, dywany są totalnie brudne, odkurzane są sporadycznie i rzadko, a myte-prane nie są nigdy. W pokojach często nie wymieniam pościeli, bo nie mam na to czasu, jaka płaca, taka praca, tego oczywiście goście nie są świadomi, śpią po kimś, w cudzej pościeli, a płacą za bóg wie co. Dania z kuchni są przynoszone do pokoi oplute, często sobie skubnę to i owo z talerza, mam to gdzieś, to w końcu tylko angole albo jakieś inne dzikusy.
