  They seem to be a victim of their own success. already have ISAs and Savings Accounts online with them which perfect...but wanted a basic Current Account for which you have to go to the store (40 miles from us) and no appointments available for 7 days.

  This is a first class little branch of Virgin Money. H and I have a couple of accounts with Virgin and, if we ever have a query, we pop in here. The staff are excellent. They are always happy to see you and are very knowledgeable. It's this kind of service-with-a-smile - and the good rates - that keeps us coming back. Oh, and you can have a free cuppa too.
