::Staff were amicable, engaging and professional, happy to answer daft questions. Everything was clean and comfortable. Was offered refreshments as soon as I entered. That was late on Tuesday, today is Saturday and I have received a text that my glasses have arrived, definitely not 8-10 days but since they're made at a lab offsite it really isn't the shops fault if they're late, they have no control over that.

::this is warning to all customers who buy glasses from this store i bought the insurance from them at the time they told me I will be covered for loss theft and breakage and scratches on the lenses. I lost the glasses now all off a sudden the insurance dosnt cover me they miss sell things and there attitude is get your money and dont care about you after that. I payed £242 for everything and totally not happy this is warning to all people who buy things from there store and they threatened me with legal action if wrote a review about them to inform customers this is what Google is for and what happened to free speach
