They looked after my wife very well. Have her a fair deal and showed her how all the car functions worked

Honest, hospitable and sensible.first dealt with them when seeking a mobility scheme car, unlike other dealers we visited we were given priority service not left to last.bereavement meant the volvo we chose was returned after a few months but l was so impressed with this dealership l have gone on to purchase volvos from them. They are the best.!

Nice, helpful dealership with a good choice of vehicles available both on the premises and in the dealer group.

Bought an XC70 here in April 2016. It has been a complete nightmare from day one. After giving us all the sales patter about buying from a main dealer for "peace of mind" it has broken down four times now in a year. First time was four weeks after picking it up because they had sold it with a knackered battery that they should have identified and replaced in pre-sale checks. Second time was because when we took it to them to replace the knackered battery they said there was nothing wrong with it (despite AA battery test report to the contrary) and sent us away: battery died again two weeks later. They tried to charge is for the replacement. Third time a flat tyre, not their fault, but did reveal they had sold it with a spare wheel that didn't fit the car. AA to the rescue again. My wife is currently stood at the side of the M25 with our five month old twins waiting for the AA to rescue her once more from the fourth breakdown. Add to that the usual gripes about them trying to sell us a new set of tyres at the last service, but when pressed admitting that there was 10,000 miles of tread left on the current set. All in all we paid over the odds for corner cutting, incompetence and downright dishonesty. Last place in the world I would buy another car from.
