  We have been going to Wad for our electrical appliances for 20 years plus. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else because you would end up going back to Wad. Now that they have a brilliant kitchen it give you a great idea how your item would look fitted. Great family run business.

  Wonderful showroom. Very helpful knowledgeable staff, lots of kitchen equipment to see and touch. Very good brochures to take away.

  Good range of Appliances to view in their warehouse. Some good prices. Delivery staff were very clumsy - I would advise you get it delivered to your door and then move it inside your house on your own. They damaged the old fridge, by smashing the new one into it. It was pretty much like watching the chuckle brothers try to carry a fridge - except with less communication between them.

  I have bought a washing machine and dishwasher from this company. Very helpful and friendly staff. If something isn't on the shop floor they can get it for you.

  I attempted to purchase a Smeg Range cooker from WAD. Th service was absolutely terrible! there have been nothing but delays with the order and not having a cooker has been tough with a young baby. I have called on multiple occasions and only when I call have I received an update on the order (which has been delayed once again)! When a mention of some sort of compensation was made, they brushed it off with an apology. The customer service is terrible and I will never be purchasing from here again! I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from here! Also called and left my number for an update and didn't get a call back! Just a blatant disregard for customers!
