  This's by far the one Of the best dog grooming around brighton and hove. quality, experience staff, they've got the great knowledge and they know what they are doing simple!!!

  One star is too many!!! I was absolutely appalled by the way I was treated by Waggie Tails staff members. I realised that I had lost my wallet moments before collecting my dog; I apologised and asked if I could pay them back later as this was my 3rd visit. I was refused to collect him without payment, I would never forget my dogs face when I left the shop without him. I run my own business and this situation really wrecked my whole day, in fact I was uncertain whether I would be able to collect my dog today as they close at 5pm, when I called to make arrangements, the tyrant staff member told me that they will send my dog to the local pound if he's not collected. All of this over £28? What a disgraceful establishment who claim to love animals, when really they have absolutely no compassion or sense whatsoever.

  So impressed. Moved to the area and managed to get a last minute appointment on a Saturday. They could not of been friendlier. Listened exactly to my preference for his grooming and delivered this in two hours. No dogs kept in cages which I agree with too. Would highly recommend.

  My dogs of various breeds have been going here since it opened. Rebecca does the best cut and none of the dogs are put in cages. I would highly recommend Waggie Tails to anyone.
