  I experienced appalling customer service, I have bought a faulty rusting product that on the label claims it’s a stainless lid. when tried to get a refund, the customer service lady blamed me and said that I left water on it to cause the rust. Instead of apologizing the lady in charge of customer service just argued with me that the product was used. It is against British consumer law that a faulty product purchased in 30 days should be able to get a refund. Be careful particularly not to speak mandarin to claim a refund. They probably think your English is not good enough to discuss consumer rights.

  great chinese market. good prices. big pack products for good money. eg. 1kg frozen king prawns for £10. recommend for everybody...

  It's the best Asian /Chinese super market in Bristol, easy parking and full range of oriental products. You know it's a good supermarket when you see all the Chinese take away owners go shopping there.
