  Just had some excellent customer service from Rob. I went to the bakery to get my morning bread roll. It wasnt ready and I was peering through to see if the lady in the back could tell.me if there were any ready. Rob saw me looking through and asked ig I was ok. He checked that the rolls were only just going into the oven but another olive baguette was on the shelf. I said I couldn't wait 12mins for what I wanted so he offered me the baguette as a good will gesture. He didnt have to do that, I would've walked away without too much bother but his attitude was fantastic. I already shop there but want to commend him for not thinking about £2 lost but a loyal customer gained!

  Waitrose South Harrow, always find what I need and just a bit more. Not too expensive, and a wide variety to choose from

  Good stock availability. Busy when we visited though it did not take too long to check out and managed to get hold of everything we needed and a few extra bits!

  Love shopping here, staff are friendly, good selection, nice cafe and staff are friendly. Yes worth mentioning the friendly staff again!
