::Terrible staff. Today my younger sister and I went to Waitrose to get her some groceries. While we were waiting for the employees to scan our food , we heard them talking about us as if we weren’t right in front of them. They were discussing about how I was her “teen mom” which is both rude and disrespectful towards customers. They should not talk about people who are of no concern to them and talk about me in such a manner. This made me feel very uncomfortable and I do not wish to shop at such places that will make me uneasy. I am scared to go back to Waitrose and face employees who are thinking such things and talking about me as if I am not human and an interesting book for their amusement. Although I am a frequent and loyal customer, due to this rudeness I encountered, I am considering whether I should continue to shop there from this moment onwards.

::Terrible customer service, slow and rude to boot. Occasionally the staff are friendly but on the whole not! The customer rep Miguel who served me is lacking customer service skills.

::Just the right size to find all sorts of things without taking forever. I love the self checkout, very convenient. Sometimes the lines are a bit long in the late afternoon, but it's a good location. I go often.

::Good variety of products including fish and meat counter. Some of the taff very unfriendly even rude when you ask if they have any more of the product tat has just run out. Very long waiting time to pay but always give it six managers walking around looking like they are not doing much. Staff at the tills usually just talking between themselves and don't listen to customers.
