  Love this shop but they really need to get people in to move the shopping trolleys from the parking spaces. Last Saturday I was shopping with my daughter and we were stuck because I had to get out of the car to move a trolley out of a space during which time someone else took the space. really annoying, its not hard to get a member of staff to do a touring duty every half an hour or so...Car park is also quite small

  I have seen this supermarket change hands over time, and this is the best is has ever been. Quality food, clear layout, quality lighting, helpful staff and did I mention quality food. There are various ranges of food from basic to the high end. If you fancy the high end range, I would rather go here then M & S which is on the other side of the high street. Although car parking has become a bit of a nightmare partly due to the shop being so popular, it is fine during non busy periods. Also, remember to become a member and grab a free paper and a hot beverage.

  Excellent quality, very friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you. Very reasonably priced items throughout the store with some really good bargains every day.

  Not shop related as such but two weeks running I've been verbally abused by male shoppers in the car park. I'm not sure whether its due to limited parking of just unfortunate. But its made me not want to go back there again . perhaps a car park attendant would help diffuse these situations

  Waitrose is upmarket, the staff are super polite, the produce is very tasty but of course the prices are Harborne levels. If I had the money I would shop there all the time. Just beats M&S food due to the overall shopping experience.
