  It sells food and drink and all sorts. Don't need to trade with farmers anymore

  The shop is badly managed and dirty. The are regularly out of stock or the shelves aren’t restocked quickly enough. They also tend to sell stock that’s only a day off it’s best-before date. They are understaffed and even on a busy Saturday afternoon the tills are not fully staffed.

  Convenient location with most of the groceries for the household.

  A pretty big branch of what is comfortably the UK's best supermarket. Gets very busy compared to some other branches but then it is in the centre of Richmond. Mostly food but there is a household section. Large and well stocked wine section. The variety and the quality of the food is unrivalled as ever and if you want to save money there are always the 'essential' options.

  "Fairly long wait. Why?"... because, Tony, they like to humiliate poor people who pay with cash. There are self-checkout machines but Waitrose ones only take plastic. For some unknown reason.
