  Very disappointing Waitrose. There’s no free parking and the chestnuts we’ve bought were moldy.

  This compact Waitrose location offers quality produce, baked goods, meat, alcohol and much more. It is can be a bit pricey, but the offering is top drawer, and the staff are friendly, professional and effective. With a Waitrose card you can get a free coffee and get a free newspaper with a minimum purchase.

  We are regular customers but probably not any more . unfortunately some of the staff are so rude and behave not very polite at all. when my dad who is disabled asked few questions , he was ignored and the staff were rude and treated him not very good just because he doesn't look so neat (cos he is disable 83 percent and he cant shave ....) he was so upset and panicked and unfortunately we had a bad day and night ...shame that a big company that claims that they are the best in customer service treat their customer like that and even don't apologise ....shame shame shame ....

  Good quality products, prices slightly above Tesco/Sainsbury's. Parking not free but what's free in Oxford?
