  Best place to shop today,the close up to Christmas and they truly were prepared for the extra need for fresh fruit and veg,especially organic veg. Well done! Visited two other supermarkets this morning and the veg was of a very poor quality and hardly had any organic produce

  My daughter and I had breakfast this morning, the staff were really helpful as I'm in a wheelchair. My experience of doing my shopping was very good. I applied for your store card many weeks ago on line they said it would be five weeks but it's longer than that I would like to shop on line could you check how much longer.

  Wow! I originally wanted to have a home delivery. This didn't work so we had to collect from store. This is just to set the scene for what could only be described as a complete farce. The poor girl on the counter had never done a grocery collection before. The paperwork could not be found. In the end we had four people trying to sort it out and none of them wanted to apologise or give eye contact. We were not angry or rude and I tried to suggest that maybe they hadn't done this before as none of them seemed to know what to do. Eventually (after over half an hour of waiting) they managed to print out some sort of paperwork which we signed. This is the first and last time that I will shop at Waitrose. Their customer service, on-line system and general manners are appalling. We have raised this with the head office but are still waiting for a proper explanation.

  Always pleased to shop here. I live in Swansea but when I visit my sister in Cardiff we come together for me to do my shop and have a cup of coffee together. Nice Staff. always ready to help and make suggestions Thank you.
