  Visiting Windsor Big W for the first time, but Big Waitrose fans - make a point of seeking out wherever we visit around the Country,so good at judging attitude of staff. Usual nice store , but very poor sandwich and sushi selection - about 12:15pm Saturday. Bakery counter staff have attitude even when no other customer. What we asked for would be ‘hard’ for them, (never mind the customer.) Least pleasurable visit of over 20 different Waitrose’s. Rules for coffee with My Waitrose card different from any other branch.

  Nice selection and has all you need. Easy to get into with escalators and a multi level car park.

  Very well prepared display of fresh begin and food. Friendly store person with smile and profession. A store you can always trust in good food

  Foods good . Staff exellent can't grumble at all
