  Strange place, despite employing a small army of staff they are incapable of staffing checkouts or keeping it tidy. I usually like waitrose but I would give this one a miss. Deli counter is ok. Excellent wine section. Don't bother with the bakery, nip to asda across the road.

  Very friendly staff and very helpful. My first choice when I do my weekly shop. Parking is a bit tricky for the bigger car but is limited to time. I think about 2 1/2 hrs max. Plenty of time to shop and even get a bite to eat in the rest area. Self checkout is the easiest option.

  When I shop at Waitrose I must admit the store always looks very clean and inviting. Hats of to the cleaners that work there, there isnt many stores like that.

  This is the worst Waitrose I have ever shopped in. I've seen out of date food on the shelves several times & you generally only get 1 or 2 days (at most) on the produce. I raised this with them & was sent a £10 voucher...laughable! better off going to Sainsbury's down the road.

  This place has really gone down hill in the last few months making it very hard for me to buy organic items as Waitrose seem to be removing some of these items I use to be able to purchase or they are missing from the shelves. Some of the things I wanted on my shopping list were not available 12 Organic items as follows, NO, Branded Tomato Soup, Baked Beans, Lamb Mince, Burgers, Bacon, Chips, Bananas, Oranges, Grapes, Kiwi, Pomegranate, Peppers, Made me feel so disappointed that I had to travel elsewhere to get my shopping, Get your act together Waitrose.
