  Nice big park with skate ramps, good tramlink - trams are running to Wimbledon, Therapia Lane, New Addington, Beckenham Junction and Elmers End.

  Right next to tram stop. Beautiful mature trees. Kid's play area. Nice cafeteria.

  Relaxed station, near park and quiet. Trams are regular. Easy access to the park and walking distance from Sainsbury's.

  Lovely little park. Good play area. They put on loads of free activities for children and adults. A great community feel to it.
