  A small green patch amidst dense pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Grassed with attractive landscaped pond, shrubs and trees... and litter. Improvements largely owing to a charitable trust and volunteers. Be wary and alert here in browbeat and often bustling territory thick with loungers, louchers and loafers.

  Small garden to hang out for a quick break. Adjacent to a busy road and can attract groups of aimless souls.
