  Great selection of books, good, chilled atmosphere. Some products can be a bit pricey but overall very nice.

  Very good café. Would recommend for families, couples, solo visits, any age. Great service, lovely staff, wonderful atmosphere.

  Lovely bookshop and there is a fantastic cafe upstairs (there is a lift) that has vegan and gluten free options.

  Downstairs this feels like a typical Waterstones, good range of books, helpful staff. Upstairs is lovely. Really good atmosphere. Families with kids playing. A really good independent cafe where you can sit and read if you want (coffee and cakes are great, Toastie, chocolate brownie and 2 Cappuccino came to under £10).

  Nice easy and relaxed shopping. Easy to get around, well laid out. Helpful staff and very knowledgeable. Great that you can grab a drink and snack in the Costa cafe.
