  Offered £1,000 less than the online ‘guaranteed’ offer... shouldn’t have even bothered. Total waste of time...

  Went in happy with a quote for £3400... I left unhappy after 20 minutes with a £2581 quote. There was 1 tiny stone chip that I didn't mention and didn't even realise existed. Unless you're taking in a used car that has been wrapped in bubble wrap and in showroom or factory condition you won't get the price quoted

  Does what the title says. Selling car is an effortless process but the prices they pay are atrociously low

  The assistant was very pleasant and he made the process clear and easy. A shame the policy is to expect a car in pristine showroom condition for amount offered. A car 4 years old will have the odd few scratches but money is deducted for even one minor mark behind door handle!
