  The "restaurant" on site is more like a rowdy pub than a nice place to sit and eat. Food twice was wrong, they seem to dislike bbq sauce or mayo, menu stated bacon/cheese with bbq sauce just got a flimsy lettuce with no sauce awfully dry burger. Parking on arrival is awful no space to park for reception and we arrived during heavy rain so was a soggy walk from where we could park. A lack of drainage on site meant that any patch of grass is just marsh land, we had about 2 inches of water outside our caravan and my feet sunk down 6" into the mud trying to unpack my car. Gas ran out for the caravan but was promptly changed with 3 hours. West Bay has 3 cash points all charge £1.75 or £1.85 no free cash. Highly recommend bringing a good amount of cash and using the fish chip shop over the road from the restaurant far better quality food and cheaper (cash only). Swimming pool was clean and nice, but effectively you got 45 mins as they call you out after 1 hour so by the time you take into account changing time for a family it isn't very long in the pool. Overall it's ok, caravan was fine but won't come back to this parkdean site again. Recommend staying only for a couple of days if wanted to come.

  This holiday park is over crowded and needs up dating...westbay harbough and beaches are busy and full of fish and chip huts ...not to our liking....but on the south west coast path which is stunning so ok for a short stop over.....

  Nice site the fully serviced pitches are great touring pitches are quite away fom main amenities which makes it nice and quiet will visit again

  Great relaxing time, lovely walks and plenty of sea air. Lots to do for everyone. Highly recommended

  The holiday park has great facilities and the surrounding area is picturesque with lots of beautiful places to visit .this will be our third year here and we love the coastal walks,my husband loves to fish and uses the harbour quite a lot ,very close to early morning breakfasts ,coffee ,fish n chips,pasties and cream cakes.you step out of West bay caravan park and you are immediately in the harbour .they filmed broadchurch here and it doesn't disappoint.
