  I was having gear and chain issues, popped in and was advised to have a new gear cable fitted, offered to have the full clean and check through too. Collected my bike a few days later beautifully clean and fitted back together. Unfortunately after one ride, the gears completely slipped and i could only ride it in one gear. Took it back and the guys were great. Apologised for having to return and added a new cassette, fully tested. All working great now, good service. Giving a 4 due to have to return. My bike hasn’t had some parts replaced for a few years so was definitely due some love! I shall definitely return to these guys for any other parts or advice needed!

  My experience echo's that of Reino Reino below. Very friendly service, bike has been thoroughly cleaned, wheels trued, brakes tightened. However, the seat had been repositioned far too high and the handlebars had not been fully tightened – at first there was creaking sound, which wasn't there before, but as I went up a kerb the handlebars shifted forwards making it unridable. I had to stop by another shop on my journey to pick up a multi-tool to fix it myself. Not something you'd expect when paying for a stage-three service – which does appear much more expensive than similar offerings elsewhere in the city. The above said, I would gladly give them another chance, they seem a good place. EDIT – Saddle also wasn't properly tightened and came loose after a month of riding. On closer inspection the front wheel (which was buckled) hasn't been fully trued – as a result I'm amending my review from a 3 to a 2.

  very friendly - a good place to have a punctured inner tube replaced. However, I cannot recommend it for a full service for the following reason: after collecting my bike from service I had to adjust the rear derailleur myself, as the chain wasn't running smoothly on the middle of the cassette, making grinding noises. This, by the way wasn't a one-off; it happened twice after two stage-three services, 9 months apart... For ~ £100 it is reasonable to expect not only a clean bicycle, but a perfectly fine-tuned system, particularly from a shop that specialises on servicing bikes.

  Allways take my bike here allways top notch friendly service (the best). Took my old wheel beat down front bike wheel in and it came out like brand new. Reasonable rates 🔥🔥🔥

  The MOST amazing service. My wife took my back wheel in for straightening and they fixed it on the spot and free of charge! Where else would you get such superb and honest service. Will most definitely be back for all future repairs. Thanks so much WBBW.
